29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:       (a)  At site- employees installing roofing tile were exposed to a 20 ft fall hazard, in that, the use of fall protection was not used while working on a 5:12 pitched roof. Violation observed on or about 10/5/2012    (b) At site- employees installing roofing tile were exposed to a 11 ft fall hazard, in that, the use of fall protection was not used while working on the breezeway section of the roof. Flagler St Miami, Florida 33172.      LATITE ROOFING & SHEET METAL COMPANY, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(11),WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313104200, CITATION NUMBER  2, ITEM NUMBER  1 issued on 1/20/2010 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS FINAL ORDER  ON 2/9/2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2744 N.E. 10th St Pompano Beach Florida 33062.
