29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)    (a) Main Medical Center Building 2nd Floor Ambulatory Surgery Remodel Project, on or about 10/2/2012, the employer did not maintain a written copy of their hazard communication program on site.  This condition exposed employees to injury and illness from chronic and acute exposure to chemicals in the work place.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
