29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):  Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:      a.  On or about October 4, 2012, an employee using a pneumatic air nailer was installing framing components without the use of eye protection, thereby exposing himself to eye injuries.

Leveltech, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313874950, citation 01, item number 002, issued on March 3, 2010, with respect to a workplace at 437 Riverrun Blvd., Ponte Vedra, Florida 32081. The final order date was May 4, 2010.    29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a.  On or about October 4, 2012, above the game room, employees were working on the top plate without the use of fall protection, exposing themselves to an 11 feet 3 inche fall hazard.    b.  On or about October 4, 2012, above the master bedroom, employees were working on the top plate without the use of fall protection, exposing themselves to a 10 feet fall hazard.

On or about October 4, 2012, employees were using the top step of two 6-foot step ladders while installing framing components, exposing themselves to a fall hazard.
