New Thorntons Store - Three employees were observed working on an elevated level 15 feet 9 inches above the ground without fall protection, on or about October 5, 2012.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: New Thorntons Store - A temporary employee had not been provided site specific fall hazard training, on or about October 5, 2012. F & S Frame & Trim, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1), which was contained in inspection number 315037937 Citation 01 Item 001 and was affirmed as a Final Order on December 21, 2010, with respect to the workplace located at 7510 Park Blvd., Pinellas Park, FL.
