29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(9): The employer did not ensure that labels or other forms of warning were legible and prominently displayed on the container, or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift:    a) Car wash finishing & detailing area  Employees used spray bottles & portable containers that were not labeled with content. Cleaning solutions included but not limited to Windex, Metro foam red, tire cleaner.   Violation occurred on or about 10/5/2012.
