29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: a. On or about October 2, 2012, mechanics, at the heavy equipment shop, were required by the employer to use a 3M half-face respirator with organic vapor cartridges to paint portions of pieces of heavy equipment and the employer had not developed nor implemented a written respiratory protection program.
