29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     Jobsite located at 8119 E. Windwood Circle, Wichita, KS; Employees engaged in residential roofing work on an 8 in 12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 18 feet from the eave to the ground.  Fall protection available at the jobsite was not used.    Francisco Enriquez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314031253, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/06/11, with respect to a workplace located at 247 S. Pine Grove St., Wichita, KS 67209.
