29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    (a) Empty lot across the street from 4201 Hardy Avenue, Smyrna, GA 30080: An employee was exposed to possible head injuries while directing a pre-fabricated roof truss with a tag line below as the crane moved materials directly overhead.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:    (a) Front side of residential home: An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 21' to the ground while installing roof trusses from the top plate with no fall protection system in place.
