29 CFR 1926.451(e)(6)(i-vi):Integral prefabricated scaffold access frames did not meet the requirements of paragraphs 6(i)-(vi) of this section: (a) 124 Westwood Ave East Longmeadow, MA: On or about October 1, 2012, an employee was observed climbing the supports on the integral prefabricated scaffold frames which are not designed for that purpose as evidenced by the fact that the rungs are more than 16 3/4 inches apart, differently spaced and do not have a rung length of at least 8 inches.
