The lower boom's electrical insulating properties were reduced as the fiberglass insert between the lower boom's knuckle & turntable ends and the RTV sealed gaps connecting these ends were painted.

On or about October 8, 2012.     1. Field attachable reusable fittings, used to repair damaged hydraulic hoses, were in use instead of fittings engineered for this particular device.     2. The lower boom's electrical insulating properties were modified as the fiberglass insert between the lower boom's knuckle & turntable ends, and the RTV sealed gaps connecting these ends were painted.
