29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: On or about 11/08/12, In the Formulation Area, the employer did not have a written respiratory protection plan, to address the use of the 3M half face air purifying respirator by the employee during the manufacturing of fertilizers. Biochem Manufacturing Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational and Safety Standard 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 513998, Citation 1 Item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 14th 2012, with respect to the workplace located at 15074 park of Commerce Boulevard, Jupiter, FL 33478.
