29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1):Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system:    (a) Intersection of Grandview and Stafford St(s) Worcester, MA: On or about October 5, 2012, two employees were observed working in a 9 foot deep excavation without any protective system as required by this subpart:    Ricciardi Bros. Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational health and safety standard, 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313203804 which became final order on May 10, 2010 with respect to a violation on Caro St in Worcester, MA.    Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
