29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(3)(ii): Before work under this standard was performed employers of employees who were performing such work did not inform the employees who were performing such work and employers of employees who were working in adjacent areas. On October 01, 2012 employees were remodeling the main bathroom in the prison which contained pipe that was covered with asbestos containign material. The workers were not informed about the presence of asbestos which exposed employes to health hazards associated with asbestos.
