29 CFR 1910.134(h)(4)(i):     Repairs or adjustments to respirators were not made using the respirator manufacturer's NIOSH-approved parts designed for that respirator prior to using a tight fitting respirator while spray painting.    LOCATION: JOBSITE:    The employer did not ensure that respirator repairs were made using approved parts in that employees were useing duct tape to repair and hold a broken and cracked pre-filter to the cartridge in use.
