Lemelin Contracting, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926. 501 (b) (13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 425591, Citation Number 02, Item Number 001 Issued 5/22/12 with respect to workplace located at 69 Merrimack Meadows Lane, Tewksbury, MA 01876. The final order date for the citation was on 6/7/12.    Lemelin Contracting, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926. 501 (b) (13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 314868498, Citation Number 01, Item Number 001 Issued 9/23/10 with respect to workplace located at 153 Meadows Lane, Tewksbury, MA 01876. The final order date for the citation was on 10/12/10.
