29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. (a) North Side of Upson Fine Arts Center: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22'8" to the ground while installing bricks on a tubular welded scaffold work platform which was not provided with guardrails. Salazar Masonry Inc., was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 314209289, Citation #1, Item #2, issued on 05/05/2011 with respect to a work place located at 510 Eve Street, Augusta, GA 30904 and became a final order on 06/20/2011.
