29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: (a) The hazard communication training provided to the employees that process Nickel Alloy and Stainless Steel did not include information on the hazards associated with hexavalent chromium, when a laser operator was exposed to hexavalent chromium at elevated levels, as revealed by air monitoring conducted by OSHA on October 11, 2012.
