29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut: On or about October 3, 2012, and at times prior there to, a circular hand-fed rip saw was not guarded by a hood that should have completely enclosed the saw blade both above the table and above the material being cut. The employees were exposed to a caught in between and struck by hazard.
