29 CFR 1910.120(q)(6): The employer did not provide training in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120(q)(6)(i) through (q)(6)(v) for employees who participated in or were expected to participate in emergency response: Facility: A training program was not developed and conducted for each employee that responds to a hazardous substance release. On or about 9/19/2012 an accidental release of Br2 required the response of an outside agency with an evacuation and 2 security personnel were sent into a building to check for lingering employees before levels of exposure were established.
