29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. Jobsite - On or about October 04, 2012 employees were installing corregated metal sheeting from a basket of a Volvo 450 AJ Series II aerial lift without lanyards attached to the safety harness. The employees were exposed to a fall height of 12 feet.
