The slope of the roof was approximately 8 in 12 (vertical to horizontal).  The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to ground below.        b)  Garage roof, intersection of Ohio and Willard Streets, White Oak, Pennsylvania, 15131:  Observed on or about October 10, 2012, employees engaged in roofing activities on a one story garage were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall protection systems.  The slope of the roof was approximately 2 in 12 (vertical to horizontal).  The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet to the ground below.
