29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(4): The employer shall make the written hazard communication program available, upon request, to employees, their designated representatives, the Assistant Secretary and the Director, in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1020 (e). LOCATION: JOBSITE: The employer did not make the written hazard communication program availalble to the Assistant Secretary, upon request, in that several versions of inadequate program sections were forwarded over a four month period. The materials forwarded did not constitute a written Hazard Communication program because they did not contain; an inventory of the hazardous chemicals on site, guidelines on the identification of hazardous chemicals or all the MSDS's for each hazardous chemical or chemical compound at the work site.
