29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. At the site, an employee was exposed to fall hazard 40 to 60 feet high while trimming the fronds of palm trees using a Nifty SD50 aerial lift. The employee was not protected from falling by using a safety belt with a lanyard or a harness with a lanyard both used as a restraining device.
