29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed: a) On or about 09/26/12 and at times there to, employees were taking amperage readings on an energized 220 V HVAC systems without personal protective equipment exposing the employees to electrical hazards. b) On or about 09/26/12 and at times there to, employees de-energize capacitors with uninsulated tools exposing employees to stored electric energy exposing personnel to electrical hazards.
