29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective. a.) Truestone LLC, Warehouse, Training Area. On or about October 11, 2012, two metal framed work stations with wooden work surfaces, and constructed with eight permanently mounted 120V receptacles on each bench and equipped with flexible cords with male attachment plugs, were not properly grounded in that the temporary flexible cord supplying electrical current was missing its ground prong thereby exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a.) Truestone LLC, Warehouse, Training Area. On or about October 11, 2012, two metal frame work stations with wooden work surfaces, and constructed with eight permanently mounted receptacles and separate flexible cords with male attachment plugs were not plugged directly into an energized permanent 120v receptacle; a temporary flexible cord was being used in lieu of permanent wiring to provide electrical service to the work stations.
