29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On the ramp, employees are exposed to potential eye injury from Skydrol and the existing eyewash is approximately two hundred feet from Gate 55 creating an excessive travel distance for access.

29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(2)(i): Hepatitis B vaccination was not made available after the employee had received the training required in 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(I) or within 10 working days of initial assignment to employees who had occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens. (a) At the facility, employees assigned to clean the aircraft interior were not offered the Hepatitis Vaccine within ten days of thier assignment. As observed on or about September 12, 2012.
