29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Station 1, Warehouse: A black flexible cord used to supply power to a metal duplex receptacle box was connected to a relocatable power tap (power strip). The power strip was powered from another relocatable power tap which was connected to another relocatable poewr tap which was powered from a wall receptacle outlet.
