29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On or about October 11, 2012 and times prior thereto, employees performed roofing activities on a two-story residence located at 1616 Breckenridge Drive in Little Rock, Arkansas.  The employees were walking and working on the rooftop of the residence with a 5:12 slope without the use of fall protection, exposing the employees to a falling distance of greater than 6 feet to the ground level below.
