29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii):     The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings:    a) At the facility, on or about October 11, 2012 and at times prior to, the two gallon sprayer containing diluted Foam N Clean coil cleaner was not labeled with any information to identify the hazards associated with exposure to the product, resulting in a chemical hazard. 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1):     The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use:    a) At the facility, on or about October 11, 2012 and at times prior to, the employer did not maintain material safety data sheets for all of the hazardous chemicals that were used by employees, including but not limited to compressed oxygen, acetylene, and nitrogen, welding rods, welding wire, solder, angle iron, and gasoline, resulting in a chemical hazard.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):     Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:    a) Near the receiving dock office, on or about October 11, 2012 and at times prior to, a six receptacle relocatable power tap (power strip) that was used to provide power for the scanner battery chargers was connected in series to another power strip, resulting in an electrical hazard.    b) In the maintenance shop area, on or about October 11, 2012 and at times prior to, two quadraplex receptacle outlet boxes that were designed to be rigidly mounted were used as pendant boxes, resulting in an electrical hazard.
