29 CFR 1926.701(b):     Reinforcing steel. All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and into which employees could fall, shall be guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement.    NE Jobsite - On or about October 04, 2012 employees were exposed to an impalement hazard while finishing concrete around exposed rebar that was 2 feet above the concrete that was being finished. The rebar was not guarded.
