29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Except as required or permitted elsewhere in this subpart, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, or by any of the following means: a.) Building LP-59 second floor Naval Base Norfolk: On or about 10/11/12, the conductor terminals on the permanently mounted wall receptacle outlets were not guarded in that the covers were removed thus potentially exposed employees to live conductors.
