29 CFR 1926.51(a)(5): Where single service cups (to be used but once) were supplied, both a sanitary container for the unused cups and a receptacle for disposing of the used cups were not provided. a) West end of the 2nd floor of the Administration Building: Plastic cups which were provided for drinking water were found to be sitting out in the open and they were not in sanitary container.
