This exposed employees to laceration/air embolism hazards if the nozzle contacted their skin.

29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: Machine shop: On or about October 10, 2012 and times prior thereto, the junction box showed no ground when tested. This exposed employees to possible shock hazards from using the junction boxes to plug other equipment into.
