29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a/ Rohtstein/Avenel NJ Site Warehouse Receiving Dock/Railcar #CMHX071144: Flour product located in 25 pound bags consisting of a single load of 48 and double stacked with a weight capacity of 2400 pounds were not secured to prevent sliding, collapsing and falling. b/ Rohtstein/Avenel NJ Site Warehouse: Metal storage racks used to store product and/or other material were damaged due to being struck by powered industrial trucks and/or other equipment. Metal racks include but not limited to: #H612, #H613, #H615, #h616 and #H617 Observed on/or about 10/10/2012.
