On or about October 13, 2012 - Job site at Spot 2 Blast fence Terminal D LaGuardia Airport Flushing, NY 11371 a) Employee was caught between potable water service truck 47838 VIN: 1FDRF3G62CEB42760 plate: A3790 and the rear hatch of a Canadian Regional Jet 700. WRITTEN ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
