(b) Arby's at 644 Riverdale Street, West Springfield, MA -- On or about 10/11/2012, only one (1) pair of steel mesh gloves was observed which was not maintained in a sanitary condition, had several tears, and was the only pair of gloves made available for all crew members who have to clean/assemble and disassemble the meat slicer and slicer parts, exposing employee(s) to potential cuts.
