29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(1)(i): Each employer who has a workplace or work operation where exposure monitoring is required under this section shall perform monitoring to determine accurately the airborne concentrations of asbestos employees may be exposed during thermal insulation abatement operations. LOCATION: The employer did not ensure that an initial exposure assessment was conducted to determine the airborne concentration to which the asbestos abatement employee was expsosed to while removing asbestos containing thermal insulation.
