The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated    On or about October 16, 2012, an employee working from an aerial lift installing metal flashing for exterior lighting was not wearing a fall protection system and was not tied off.  The employee was exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 30 feet to the ground below.
