29 CFR 1910.1025(i)(2)(i): Clean change rooms were not provided for employees exposed to lead in excess of the permissible exposure limit (PEL), without regard to the use of respirators: a. At the workplace, on the clean side of the men's locker room, wipe samples taken on the outside of employees' lockers tested positive for the presence of lead contamination. Employees showered and dressed into clean clothes before leaving the workplace on this side. Mahle Engine Components USA, INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent (1910.1025(i)(2)(i)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313150401, citation number 1, item 11a, and was affirmed as final order on June 12, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 5130 N.
