29 CFR 1910.110(f)(2)(i):     Containers in storage shall be located so as to minimize exposure to excessive temperature rise, physical damage, or tampering by unauthorized persons.    (a) Employees were exposed to a fire hazards while working around LG gas tanks, which were stored upright, unscured, and along the main forklift path, and the employer did not ensure that the tanks were located in an area to minimize physical damage.

The following items shall be inspected for defects at intervals as defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii) of this section or as specifically indicated, including observation during operation for any defects which might appear between regular inspections. All deficiencies such as listed shall be carefully examined and determination made as to whether they constitute a safety hazard:    (a) Employees are exposed to crushing hazards while using overhead cranes and the employer did not perform frequent inspection (monthly) on the cranes.
