As such a worker framing a multifamily town house was exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 30ft with no means of fall protection. Observed on or about 10/16/12. VIK CONSTRUCTION, INC; WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314387135 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON 6/10/10.
