29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1):     Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports:    Location:  433 Broadway , New York, NY    On or about 10/16/12    Employees were working on a scaffolding that was not fully planked    NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.

Location 433 Broadway, New York, NY    On or about 10/16/12    An employee was working on a scaffold 30 feet about the next lower level with no fall protection     NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
