29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a. On or about October 2, 2012 - at the above addressed jobsite, an employee did not wear a safety lanyard and fall protection harness while engaged in sign work from an aerial work platform, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
