On or about October 16, 2012, the employer's bloodborne pathogen program exposure determination did not include a list of all job classifications in which all or some employees in those job classifications have occupational exposure such as, but not limited to, First Aid Response Team members, employees on the Environmental Safety and Health department and Security personnel. b. On or about October 16, 2012, the employer's exposure determination did not include a list of all tasks and procedures or group of closely related tasks and procedures in which occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens may occur such as, but not limited to, cleaning of equipment and surfaces contaiminated with blood or other potentially infectious materials.
