29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):     All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition:      (a) Front Saw Room, Newman Chop Saw. On or about October 16, 2012, employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards where loose boards and other lumber products obstructed safe access to the operator's station.    (b) Back Saw Room, Pop-up Saw. On or about October 16, 2012, a signifiant wood dust accumulation was detected in and around the motor housing of the pop-up saw.    Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating  at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):    (a) Electrical Room located in the Back Saw Room. "Unmarked" electrical panel located above the "Crosscut upper belt" electrical panel. On or about October 16, 2012, an energized "unmarked" electrical panel was left open due to a connecting black 480V electrical cable being run from the inside of it, exposing employees to electrical shock.     Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
