29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: (a) On or about 10/17/12 - Paint building, an employee appying coatings to pipes and fittings was wearing a North 5500 half-face respirator with facial hair. The C & B Piping, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational health and safety standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A), which is contained in OSHA inspection number 316075159, citation number 2, item 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/27/12, with respect to workplace located at 8804 Parkway Drive, Leeds, AL 35094.
