29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       (a)  Jobsite:  On or about October 17, 2012, three employees were not protected from falling from a residential roof.  The employees were replacing the asphalt shingle roof.  The ground to eave height was up to approximately 20 feet.  The pitch of the roof ranged from 6 in 12 (for the main part of the roof) to 12 in 12 (for the dormers).
