29 CFR 1910.151(c)     Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.     (a) On October 5th, 2012 at Sugar Creek Designs in Joplin, Missouri, employees working in the chemical storage area were exposed to chemicals hazards that can cause eye and skin irritation and damage. No eye wash station was located in the vicinity of the area that the work was being performed.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):     Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):     (a) On, or at dates before, October 5th, 2012 at Sugar Creek Design, the employer did not have a written hazard communication program while exposing employees to various chemicals in the workplace. Employees were also not trained in the area of hazard communication.
