29 CFR 1910.95(m)(2)(ii): The audiometric test record did not contain the employee's most recent noise exposure assessment or the background sound pressure levels in the audiometric test room:    (a) ArcelorMittal Steelton, LLC - The September 25, 2012 annual audiometric test records did not included the employee's most recent noise exposure assessment or the background sound pressure levels of the audiometric test room, on or about March 8, 2013.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
