29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) The 80 ton Cincinnati press break located in the main fabrication shop did not have safe guard devices install to prevent employees from reaching into the point of operation during the press cycle, such as but not limited to arm restraints or other effective means of guarding methods during their work. b) The twelve foot Cincinnati shear located in the main fabrication shop had missing finger guards in several locations at the point of operation which did not protect employees finger tips and hands from making contact with shear blade. c) The eight foot Strein shear located in the main Fabrication shop did not have a guard to protect employees from the point of operation contact with the shear blade.
